Privacy notice

This notice covers www.viamagusselect.ai. It says what we collect when you contact us or use the site, why, who else handles it, and how to reach us about it.

Who we are

Viamagus select is part of Viamagus Technologies Pvt. Ltd., #1, Smaranam, Navarathna Gardens, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru 560062, India. For anything about your data, email team@viamagusselect.ai.

What we collect, and why

  • The requirement and profile-request forms. Your name, company, work email, phone number (optional on the requirement form) and the role details you give us. We use them to reply to you and to work on your request. The details reach our team by email, and we send you one confirmation email.
  • Briefs sent by WhatsApp or email. On the homepage and the bench page, your message is written in your browser. Nothing reaches us until you send it yourself from WhatsApp or your email app. To save retyping, your browser remembers the name and company you entered (in local storage on your device); clearing this site’s data removes them.
  • Pages prepared for a named company. On these pages we record each visit: a random visitor ID kept in your browser, the browser and device type, screen size, time on the page, the approximate location our host derives from your IP address (country, region, city), and a one-way hash of the IP address. We use this to see whether the page was useful.
  • Job applications. The links on the openings page go to Google Forms, where Google’s terms apply.
  • Visits. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, including when someone opens or sends a brief (not what it says). Google Analytics sets cookies; your browser settings can block them.

Who else handles it

Our team, and the services that run the site for us: Vercel (hosting and visit statistics), Resend (sending the form emails), Google (Analytics, and Forms for job applications) and WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there. We do not sell your details.

Your choices

Email team@viamagusselect.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
