- ✓4–8 years in financial modeling, credit risk, or lending analytics
- ✓Python + ML — scikit-learn, XGBoost; feature engineering (WOE/IV, bureau data)
- ✓Model validation (AUC-ROC, KS, backtesting) and explainability (SHAP, LIME)
- ✓AWS deployment — SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3
- ✓Credit modeling, scorecards, PD/LGD/EAD estimation
